
As I have said on my matrix post,
emotions are directly related to our reality.
Emotions exist in the form of energy.
There are many different emotions with certain frequency.
They ripple through the matrix and affect the reality around us.
Higher emotions like love, compassion and gratitude have high frequency and are energetic
(those of you who do love meditation for a prolonged time can feel the strong vibration)
and Lower emotions like hatred, sadness and fear are at the lower end of the spectrum and they keep you low in energy.
Emotions are not something weak or negligible.
When you always feel lower emotions,
or when you choose to accept that the reality is pessimistic,
you will encounter events that are not good
or you will encounter people who are negative.
It is like the law of attraction in life.
Emotions have butterfly effect in reality.
They seem to be negligible but a small swing of emotion affects the people and events around you.
If you read Zen stories,
you will know that emotions play a big role in putting you in certain state and event in life.
You can observe the people around you.
Those who get angry all the time
or those people who always feel negatively and criticize others negatively
They encounter many negative events,
as if life does not run smoothly and reality bites.
Observe how they live their lives and how satisfying they are with their realities.
Embrace higher emotions,
or at least feel good in life.
Laughter helps to charge you up and happiness will make you stay healthy.
Stay happy and make other people feel good.
