
Your thought and Emotion affects your life greatly.
People always have the perception that thought and emotion is something “inside” us
Most probably it is because they have inner physical sensation when they feel or think of something.
There is no saying that our consciousness is “inside” our bodies.
Our consciousness can be enveloping the physical body instead of residing “inside” it
or perhaps the consciousness is timeless and spaceless and it perceives through the physical body.
If that is the case, our thought and emotional process is affecting not just ourselves, but also our surrounding, as there is “connection” between our inner world and outer reality.
We are like souls with bodies, not bodies with souls.
What we think and feel attracts similar realities,
which will lead to similar outcome.
Thinking and feeling is actually making choices because we actually choose to think and feel.
Many people do not realise it as they have accepted that feeling and thought is something naturally fixed and not their choice. It is not true.
By making choices, even subtle choices of feeling and thinking,
you are choosing and attracting reality in life.
So be careful of what you choose to think and feel.
Choose to avoid negative thinking and emotion when they arise.
Attaching to this negativity will only cause you to be trapped in the loop of life where negative events will repeat themselves endlessly.
Therefore it is important to let go of the attachment towards negativity.
Avoid attaching to negativity (hatred, sadness, anger, greed).
One has the free will to choose to embrace the higher spectrum (love, gratitude).
Choose to have love and compassion and think healthily
and you will find that your life events are positive.


























There is no other rule, what you are experiencing exists first in thought and feeling.
Each thought has a result, in your terms. The same kind of thought, habitually repeated, will seem to have a more or less permanent effect. If you like the effect then you seldom examines the thought. If you find yourself assailed by physical difficulties, however, you begin to wonder what is wrong.
Sometimes you blame others, your own background, or a previous life - if you accept reincarnation. You may hold God or the devil responsible, or you may simply say, “That is life,” and accept the negative experience as a necessary portion of your lot.
You cannot love yourself and hate the emotions that flow through you at the same time; because while you are not your emotions, you identify with them so often that in hating hem you hate yourself.
You need to learn the power of thought and emotion. Once you realize that your thoughts form reality, and then you are no longer a slave to events

Sickness can be caused by thought and emotion too.
It is a form of “accidental” biokinesis
