Many people make the assumption that the physical body is just a “thing”.
It is nothing more than a physical part of them.
When they get sick they just pump medicine and drugs into their body and let the medicine do their work.
People should realise that physical body is beyond a “thing” or a “tool”
it has “intelligence”
(unless you assume intelligent beings are only those that have brain and can score well in maths
)
it “knows” how to function.
Scientists have observed how our physical bodies work intelligently.
Animals and humans can evolve automatically to its surrounding for various purposes like being immune to certain substance or protecting themselves from predator.
Two examples are how super-pathogen is evolved and how human body become immune to lead (centuries ago the air is completely free from lead and it is very poisonous to people at the time)
There are reasons why ancient people stress on body-mind relationship.
At times we need to “communicate” with our physical bodies,
not just tossing medicines and drugs into it and expect it to work like a machine
Ancient people keep themselves healthy by understanding their bodies and communicate with them.
The ancient Chinese and Yogis know that they can keep their bodies functioning well by controlling the flow of energy in their bodies with their mind.
Besides energy flow,
emotions are important in our health too.
Ancient Chinese know that our organs are associated with certain emotions and having extreme emotions will harm them.
Even skeptics who do not believe in alternative medicine have to succumb to the fact that our emotions can trigger certain chemicals in our bodies to create certain outcome.
There are medical proofs to show that negative emotions like fear and anger cause the body to release toxin. Some people look very old or wore off at young age because their mental state is harmful to their bodies.
To stay healthy,
it is important that we live in the natural flow and live in the NOW.
Realise that your body is not a machine. It is intelligent in its own way.
Even a cell in your body is powerful because a cell has the potential to become a complete organism.
We can “communicate” with our bodies with various methods.
Such communication is important to be healthy as mind and body are coexistence and they cannot function well if they are kept separated.
Will, Imaginations and Emotions are three important ways to do so.
I shall write about these 3 aspects (WIE) on my following posts.

You form your reality, and this applies all the way up or down the scale, from the consciousness you now have to the tiniest molecule in the tiniest eyelash on your body.
It is only when you are not willing to face consciously your own beliefs, and face them through and make distinctions, that seemingly unconscious accidents occur: when all of a sudden you are not as quick as you should be; or, when all of a sudden, your reactions are not as good; when a car comes that should not be there.
Each of you has your own ways, and an event that seems horrendous from the outside–from the inside, from your private viewpoints, may be something else entirely.
You can rid yourself of ANY ILLNESS when you realize that you CREATE & DRAW such illness to yourself. What you FEAR MOST, you DRAW TO YOURSELVES. Now, if you decide to leave this world, that is your right; go in joy and vitality, but go because you know you decided to leave, and not as a victim of a disease that has been given a name.
On the other hand if you decide you want to continue to live, and then live in your full glory and strength. If you decide to live, then tell yourself you WANT to live and KNOW the reasons, and your body will repair itself in joy and glory. You are not a victim!
While such situations as illness are chosen by the personality, the individual is always left to work out its OWN SOLUTION. Complete recovery, illness, or early death is not preordained on the part of the entity [or whole self]. The general situation is set up in response to deep inner involvements. The problem is a challenge set up by the entity for one of its own personalities, but the outcome is up to the personality involved. One does not choose illness per se for a lifetime situation.
The inner self, as distinguished from the more accessible sub consciousness, is aware of the situation and finds release through frequent inner communications where successes are remembered and experienced. The dream state becomes an extremely vivid time, for such experiences assure the personality of its larger nature.
It knows it is more than the self that it has for a time chosen to be. You need to LEARN the power of thought and emotion. Once you realize that your thoughts form reality, and then you are no longer a slave to events and to OLD or NEW doctors
True self-knowledge is indispensable for health and vitality. The recognition of the truth about the self simply means that you must first find out what you think about yourself subconsciously. If it is a good image, build upon it. If it is a poor one, recognize it as only the opinion you have held of yourself and not an ‘absolute state.
You are not your emotions. They flow through you, you feel them and then they disappear. When you try to hold them back they build up.
You must learn to trust your own spontaneous nature. Your nervous system knows how to react. It reacts spontaneously when you allow it to….

That is the messege that I am conveying using not-so-new-age terms to the public.
We can change our bodies.
It is called biokinesis.
Biokinesis can be something simple from relieving pain to altering DNA.
Emotion is not something useless like you think.
Not many people really understand it
