
Being in a state is about being ( choose to be )
not doing.
For example,
You just be happy, you don’t do happiness or become happy.
You just simply be happy in the now.
To be in a state like happiness,
you just choose to be happy. ![]()
Smiling helps to bring you to that state.
Even if you are not feeling well,
you can fake it till you make it
( faking is a way of choosing using imagination )
so just let things go,
relax, smile and be happy .


























Any analogy with “human being”?
In the most basic sense, the purpose of life is being–as opposed to NOT being.
Are we multidimensional beings who inhabit many
realms and who exist throughout eternity; developing continually into more creative and fulfilled individuals?
We are in a constant state of being as the self is “imperfect”. The self grows and develops and cannot be annihilated. You must not expect to be “perfect” – a state of fulfillment beyond which there is no further growth, and no such state exists.
Once you understand the nature of your own reality, you change it in whatever way you choose

“Perfect” and “imperfect” are just labels.
For me, I just CHOOSE to be NATURALLY
we are all connected and inner world is not seperated from outer world (if you realise that) and you and me are capable of changing reality with WILL (choosing), IMAGINATION (creating) and EMOTION (connecting)
