Being in a state is about being ( choose to be )
not doing.

For example,
You just be happy, you don’t do happiness or become happy.
You just simply be happy in the now.

To be in a state like happiness,
you just choose to be happy. :)
Smiling helps to bring you to that state.

Even if you are not feeling well,
you can fake it till you make it
( faking is a way of choosing using imagination )
